The company is in the period of steady
growing; for future operating, stockholders' dividends
shall be distributed in cash dividends and stock dividends,
0~50% cash dividends and 100%~50% stock dividends.
For the purpose of maintaining profitability per share
of the Company, under careful consideration about effect
of distribution of dividends on operating efficiency
of the Company, if the earning per share declines to
20% compared with prior year or depending on financial
situation of the Company, the Company shall adjust the
distribution proportion of cash dividends to be between
50% to 100%, and the one of stock dividends to be between
0% to 50%.
