Stock Pledge Registration
  1. Specimen Chop of the pledgor (Not necessary if all documents required have been affixed with this chop)
  2. Chop of the pledgee (Not necessary if all documents required have been affixed with this chop)
  3. Stock certificates
  4. Pledge Application

Note :

  • Drawing of dividends arising out of the pledged stocks by either the pledgor or the pledgee shall be specified in the Pledge Application .
